For a page correction, include the page URL, the statement that needs review and a reliable supporting source. For a technical issue, include the page, device and browser you were using, but do not send passwords, payment details or precise location history.
For privacy or accessibility requests, describe the request clearly and provide only the information reasonably needed to respond or verify it.
Problems with a charging station listing
PlugSphere displays third-party station data and does not control a charger. Urgent safety, billing, access or outage problems should be reported directly to the charging-network or site operator. Data corrections may also need to be submitted to Open Charge Map.
