Arrive before 11pm! After 11pm, no access, but one can leave any time. From the roundabout, drive to the end of the terminal (ground level), then at the 180 degree turn at the end, go up the ramp, keep to the right side (past the bus area) until there is a parking lot entry on the left side. After the gate (use Octopus or Visa only), go to the end for 13A chargers, continue clockwise around to find 4 Supercharger stalls (Tesla Motors)
