Use the entrance on Victoria Avenue, using the left lane into the car park, follow this around to the left and then continue straight. The charger is located at Level B1, Pillar G13 (near the travelators going up to Kmart) Beware as this is in a shopping centre access isn't 24/7, hours are generally 6am - 10pm weekdays and 8am - 10pm weekends.
